What are the costs?
Not sure how best to display/present this?
How much experience do I need to join a class?
No experience is required! As we perform an initial assessment with every client before they get started, we ensure that you are in an appropriate class and have the appropriate knowledge (if necessary) before joining any group class.
Do I need to book an assessment before getting started?
All clients do need to undergo an initial assessment before joining any group classes. This allows us to ensure that each client is in an appropriate class and that the exercises are suitable for them.

All our clinicians do have an eligible provider number, so depending on your health fund and level of cover, you may be covered under private health insurance. Unfortunately, these Medicare referred sessions must be used 1on1 and cannot be used in group classes.
What do I wear to classes?
Wear something that is comfortable to move in! When on the reformers, we do ask that you take your shoes off but keep socks on and highly recommend grippy socks. In all other sessions, anything that you are comfortable in!

Everyday that I do this I’m so grateful for where I am. Last week, I had to lift something very heavy, around 20kg from the floor and walk it out to my car. I had that fear of, am I going to end up in excruciating pain from this. And I did it, and It was fine. I just feel like im getting stronger every day .

I had my 6monthly bloods and check in with my doctor and I was amazed. Besides my cholesterol, everything else was better than what it “should be ” for my age. Even my blood pressure. They told me the chemo that I had a few years ago wouldn’t allow me to get to 70 and I’m now a few months past that. You are literally keeping me alive!!
